"You cannot begin to enjoy permanent success until you look in the mirror for the real cause of all of your mistakes."
-Napoleon Hill

Who I am

My name is Danica Millner and I am presently a Supervisor of Virtual Education for a local school district in Virginia. I have served as an Assistant Principal, Instructional Assessment Analyst, Advanced Placement IB Chemistry Teacher, and as a Clinical Residence Coach at Virginia Commonwealth University. I am a mom of one son, and believe in allowing my faith and passions to drive me. I am a servant leader and a willing learner.

Why I Joined BWEL

I am looking forward to connecting to like-minded women who have a similar love and passion for educating students. In my career, I have served in various capacities that help me grow professionally and develop insight on the many aspects relating to educating children. I hope to bring my perspective to help the organization grow and make a difference in education. I use my gift by serving as a co-chair for the Special Events committee.
