My name is Shenita L. Wilson - Chapman. I am honored to serve as a board member for Black Women Education Leaders. 

Why I Joined BWEL

 I joined BWEL to make a difference in the lives of Black women aspiring to serve as education leaders.

My Accomplishments

My twenty-five years of experience as Director of Student Support, District Career Facilitator, Director of School Counseling, and Head Women’s Track Coach have equipped me with seasoned leadership skills.  Additionally, my expertise in educational administration/supervision and restorative practice facilitation offers a vital framework for supporting students through multi-tiered systems of support interventions. All of these qualifications are directly relevant and will contribute significantly to the mission and vision of Black Women Education Leaders members.​
